Mother's Day Overview
Mother's Day is not the biggest draw for Las Vegas travel. That said, many hotels will have small special events such a featured brunch at a signature restaurant or buffet. The weather during the month of May also makes Mother's Day is also a great time to take a trip to Las Vegas. The season is fully changed from spring to summer, but the sun is not beaming down like it does in the high summer months of July and August.
This means that pool season is in full swing, but sun soakers shouldn't have too much trouble finding a lounge chair, as can be the case during Memorial Day Weekend. Finally, for those who don't love to sit poolside, May is still a great time to walk The Strip and see the sights.
