Las Vegas in August
August weather in Las Vegas is very hot, with average highs over 100ºF! Pools are packed and can be a great way to fight the heat. If you choose to be a part of the pool party scene, be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water along with your cocktails.
Exploring the Strip, four miles of blazing hot concrete, is best saved for the evening. Las Vegas Golfing in August can be affordable, but try to book an early morning or late afternoon tee time to avoid the hottest part of the day.
